Thanks for the app. Unfortunatley completely broke my win 10, after spending a day trying to figure it out i gave up, was an issue with the LRT export upgrade, just wouldnt do it and crashes everytime during the process and of course as theres no uninstaller for lightroom i had the headache of manually taking it off. I shall have to reinstall an old version i think. Great upload tho, hope it works for others.

Thanks for this, but unfortunately it just doesnt work.
After installing, it locked up my PC. I restarted and when I run Photoshop it opens fine, but does nothing. None of the buttons or menus work at all, it just sits there, using 850Mb of memory, zero CPU and doing nothing.
If I double click on a psd file nothing happens. If I right click a psd file and choose 'Open With' then Photoshop 2023 isnt shown in the options. If I manually browse to the Photoshop 2023 folder then it doesnt show a photoshop 2023 exe to open with
Real shame because the new AI improvements look fantastic, but it seems I may have to wait for a more robust version

I can't comment from experience because I haven't tried this yet. For various reasons I probably won't be trying it for a while.

Are you guys sure that your computers meet the hardware and software requirement for this version?
Requirements change so go to the Adobe site and see what they are for this version.
Don't forget graphics card or video RAM requirements. Do you have enough video RAM?

It would be useful to other members if one of you posted the current requirements in this thread.

Have you disabled virtual memory (paging file)?
Are you using a custom OS with virtual memory disabled?
If your app is exceeding your physical memory (RAM) limit, then it will crash if you do not have a paging file.

Very useful info Charlie, I dont know, my specs probably are approaching or already at a point where Adobe requires better, 16gb ram but my Graphics card is only 4gb. i shall check all that out, for now i reinstalled the 2022 version and its working fine so im just going to stick with that for now, just to add, i also downloaded the matching photoshop 2023 as well as Lroom, however Photoshop installed fine and is working no problem, for me the issue seemed to be the upgrade of the catalog from LR11 to LR12, and the additional export updates, very strange.

I've edited my post to show that I now have it working.

Nothing to do with minimum spec (and my PC is WAY above the minimum spec) - for some reason this download/app installs with no permissions at all and cannot save to anywhere as it seems to be prevented from doing so by firewall. Strangely the app doesnt request any permissions - it is completely blocked. If you create a firewall exception to allow the app then it works perfectly.

The initial lock up following installation is (in my opinion) simply that the program doesn't know what to do - it has no permission to do anything. Wait for about 15 mins and it starts to work but then can't save anywhere - once the exception is created (I use Avast) then all is perfect.

I installed this yesterday on a clean installation of Windows 11 21H2 and it worked perfectly.
Perhaps it's an OS issue, not hardware.

No it's a security issue to do with firewall permissions.
