Just an fyi about bluetooth and Windows 11: Microsoft has known for a long period of time that some have bluetooth connection issues when using Windows 11.
I, for one have had the same issues too. While some are or can be corrected with a driver update, others continue to have problems. I've noticed this problem mainly with built-in / internal bluetooth modules.

Microsoft released an update before the end of Jan. 2024 that was supposed to address a majority of bluetooth connection problems. Weather or not the update resolves the problem for you is debatable. I'd also suggest updating your drivers too as @Jerry_Xristos suggested.

Thank you but still not working.. I install NordOs and bluetooth is working fine. What might be the reason that on PlatinumOs I am having an issue? I also enabled it on services.

Did you update the OS to the latest update (22631.3085) as I was also suggesting?

There's a chance the update might help resolve the problem.
