A few people report that their seed bonus is not updating correctly. Sometimes they blame the TeamOS tracker, although nobody has provided any convincing evidence of this.
We have not yet identified any problems with the tracker.
It is true that a very small number of members have reported problems recently. The other 30,000 members that log in every month have not complained.
Although people report similar symptoms, that does not mean that they all have the same cause.

Some of those who reported problems came back to say that they had fixed their problem by reinstalling their torrent client, or by switching to a different one.
Most often they have switched from uTorrent to qBittorrent.
This may have worked by setting their PC's settings back to sensible values.
If you want to try a different client, the most used torrent client here is qBittorrent. The vast majority of members who use it have no problems.

Do not use web clients.
If you want to re-install your client, first backup all the torrent files that you want to keep.
Then uninstall your client. During the uninstall, do not keep torrents or settings.
Re-install the client using its default settings.
Restore your backed-up torrents.
