Locked Sharing and seeding

My hard drive is starting to get a bit full.
Now I want to delete some things from my folder where the downloads end up.
If I take as an example: Windows.Torque.10.Enterprise.2004.19041.x64.en-US.-=TeamOS=-
Here I downloaded 3.58 Gb and uploaded 16.7 Gb
For example, can I safely delete this without getting a hit and run?

72 hours within 7 days not 36 days

Apologies for the delayed answer, I just double-checked some things, cause many people interpreted hours and days in their own way and it got confusing. Here is how it goes.

---

Hit and run simplified.

You need to seed either for a 1:1 ratio (Downloaded GB = Uploaded GB) or for 72 hours, whichever happens first.
The inactivity period is set to 7 days per torrent.
When you seed a torrent, the hit-and-run inactivity timer resets.
If there is no activity for 7 days from the last time you seeded the torrent, and you haven't fulfilled the above requirements, you will get a hit-and-run.

That means as long as you seed even for a little and as often as you can WITHIN 7 DAYS, you are safe from hit and runs, but IF 7 DAYS PASS WITHOUT SEEDING AT ALL (torrent is inactive), you will get a hit and run for that torrent.

Some adjustments that were performed on the server, impacted some users incorrectly. You sadly were one of them. Please report such inaccuracies to an admin and we will handle them.

Me too, when I logged in yesterday, I got an alert said that I got 3 hit-and-run torrents, but I'm sure that I've been seeding them for a long time (weeks and months) before I remove them from utorrent list of seeding. I exchanged bonus points to removed those hit-and-run records.

One more thing that I'm still a little bit confused is although the stat shows there's many people in swarm of peers but my uploaded meter always so low (few MBs), it seems like utorrent doesn't upload anything at all despite I've kept seeding for months. All I have is my bonus points.
