Try ventoy to formatting usb after that just copy your iso to disk.

Make sure uefi boot enable, secure boot disable.

It's the first time that I check your work and So far so good, your release is very stable.
I installed it on two different computers: Update, changing langage and drivers work very well. The toolbox is very handy, I was able to install some apps (browsers). However, I wasn't able to change the background for example, due to the system not being activated (at least the compact version). But I will investigate further (especially the superlite).
Overall, it's a very good and clean release. Thank you.
