Not sure but it's working for me here using the Compact version. Are you using Compact or Superlite?

I'm not using the Superlite in any VM atm, but you can always install Powertoys and use the Run tool or use the app Everything.
Good luck pal. I'd make sure you account settings are correct too.

Windows 10 SE search box already remove bud.. install normal superlite or compact to using searchbox

Try uploading the file to VirusTotal for checking by multiple anti-virus apps. I think that you will find that most of them think it's OK.

4 reported that it is malicious. Most of them are the anti malware softwares. Like Webroot and Malwarebytes which are well-known anti-malware apps.

it's normal for command-line most stupid AV will detect and triggered as trojan for command-line.
