use IObir Driver Booster and update bluetooth driver. i tink 99.9% fixed.

there's no custom icon pack used. you may be referring to the icons on the desktop which are shortcuts to FBConan's custom apps/scripts/links to settings.

Windows just guided you on what to do. You have to install your device driver. If you have a back-up, just restore it. if you know the brand/model, you can head over to the manufacture website to download the driver. Else, you can use a third-party drivers app to identify your device and install your driver.

a few days after installation i probably forget windows update on. so the system install several updates and reboot several times. i use french language and after the update he turned back to defaut [us english]. i can't change the language anymore with your special methode. how can i proceed ?

have you tried the normal way as MS designed it? must be because of MS updates installed
