Update, Installed and tested it all day, excellent work Phrankie11, this is the best Ultralight so far.
I found one issue, there is no notepad.exe installed, tried to install under optional features in app settings, it installed a version of notepad that will not work, not associate.
Let me know if I missed something.

Or just install notepad ++?

Wanted to avoid store, good news the registry entry worked fine, Installed that first, then go to Apps - Optional features add/install notepad, reboot and done.
Same with changing User account, a little back and forth with creating accounts then deleting what I didnt want and yes all functionality remained.
Cool, now a 2013 Acer has a new life. Did I mention fast too.

Is Rufus best to build a bootable USB? Built two USBs however my XPS 9380 doesn't see the build stick as a bootable option...most likely an error my end...BIOS sees other UEFI built USBs

Try both GPT type partition and MBR in Rufus

You can also use anyburn to make bootable usb or making a ventoy injected usb

If you don't need hyper-v / wsl, this build is an absolute beauty.
Takes a minute to setup completely, and would have been nice if could name the default user account but it's not a pain to just make a new user at the start.

Very smooth, very clean, looks great with micaforeveryone.

Here, it seems to be widely accepted to use "RUFUS" to prepare flash memory for Windows installation. For 7-8 years I have been using Microsoft's Tool - "Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US" with absolutely no problem for all versions from Win 7 to Win 11 inclusive. Although I am still a new member in the forum I recommend you to try it. 4-5 clicks with the mouse. An important condition to install on any computer is to have "NetFramework" version 2.0 pre-installed
You can easily find the latter if you download version 3.5 which also has version 2.0 and prompts you to install it first. I've downloaded about 30 builds from your site so far and all the ones I've installed for testing have been done using this Tool.

Yes you can't due to its deeply removal I recommend to use other browser

all my bookmarks are syned with microsoft.. thats annoying.. also need onedrive too which also doesn't work

Rebuilt the stick again, laptop built fine...image is perfect, just needed something nice and slimmed down to browse the web and watch the occasional movie on when travelling...this image meets my exact requirements. Fantastic work. Thanks Phrankie11

I dont put transparency for this build but if you mean after updating the driver display go to personalize, color and disable transparency
