I have also apps that need dot netframe 3.5 but it works, when I download and install it. Let me, know what apps that you are going to run and needs dot net? I have to run it for you.

Update thru windows update is the easiest , update using this released is also better. By the way, clean install is not needed if you have the first release.

Nevermind im just dumb. It updated itself to 22000.65 and i didn't noticed that . Thanks for the feedback though ?

I am in awe of people like you who can outwit MS and give the general population a way round the MS limitation for this new Windows version.
I have only recently done an upgrade to my PC with a intel i7-6700k with 16gim memory and had started to look for and 8th gen i7 and a motherboard with the necessary TPM module, now I won't have to go that route.

Let say, just a delay for that route and not totally stop it. coz what we did is temporary and surgical in nature. You know, we are not in control.
