Is there anyway to enable control center for this build?

Look, in my few understanding on windows 11 against windows 10. In windows 11 they fully introduce the word setting instead of control center of windows 10, 8.1 or windows 7.
And less talks on control center. However, the control panel can be found by using the search feature found on the start menu, and beside it. And in my understanding to your question, control panel or control center was disable, which is not Its there. What I'm trying to say, in windows 11 microsoft slowly replaced it.

Thanx for the update. After updating windows thru windows update service my right click on desktop dsnt work. Am i the only one complaining this ?
