Than u probably downloaded/installed Blackstar Pro 11.. There is two different treads/downloads.. Blackstar Pro 11 and Blackstar Pro 11 + Android.. Maybe u downloaded version without android? ?

Why dont you just install Subsystem on your already configured system? Its not that hard, you even have FBConan installer with integrated Play Store in it..

I just installed the correct Windows and it have WSA
I want to apology for my misunderstanding and thank you for your patience
now have another question: how to enable finger print logon
I installed the driver, but still option is unavailable!

Very nice build - I prefer builds that have everything pre-installed like net framework 3.5 and WSA/WSA Tools.
This was a very smooth install process - only took 2.5 hours from initial install to completely finished.
